Therm-O-Flex™
REPAIR SELF-CURE LIQUID
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
- Proportioning depends upon desired result. Three parts powder to one part liquid, by volume, is a good starting point. Liquid percentage determines degree of softness. The higher the percentage of liquid used, the softer the appliance or repair.
- Established techniques used are the sprinkle method, or flask with pressure.
- Compared to Therm-O-Flex® “Heat Cure Liquid”, less liquid is required to obtain the same degree of softness.
- It is important to note that all Therm-O-Flex® powder and liquid mixtures begin to thicken in a short period of time (approximately one minute) depending on the ratio used.
NOTE: For the best results, it is recommended that the appliance or repair be placed in a pressure pot with water at 115°F (46°C) and pressurized at 20 psi for 30 minutes.
