DIRECTIONS FOR USE

1. Proportioning depends upon desired result. Three parts powder to one part liquid, by volume, is a good starting point. Liquid percentage determines degree of softness. The higher the percentage of liquid used, the softer the appliance or repair.
2. Established techniques used are the sprinkle method, or flask with pressure.
3. Compared to Therm-O-Flex® “Heat Cure Liquid”, less liquid is required to obtain the same degree of softness.
4. It is important to note that all Therm-O-Flex® powder and liquid mixtures begin to thicken in a short period of time (approximately one minute) depending on the ratio used.

NOTE: For the best results, it is recommended that the appliance or repair be placed in a pressure pot with water at 115°F (46°C) and pressurized at 20 psi for 30 minutes.
