MIXING RATIOS
The degree of softness/density is determined by Therm-O-Flex® Pink's powder to liquid ratio by volume.

For the average sized denture use the following ratios:

1. Firm: 20 cc Powder to 9 cc Liquid
2. Soft: 20 cc Powder to 12 cc Liquid
3. Softest: 20 cc Powder to 15 cc Liquid

Higher powder to liquid ratios may be used, however, a ratio greater than a 4 to 3 (powder to liquid) decreases the optimal physical properties of Therm-O-Flex® Pink.

CAUTION: Separate containers must be used when measuring Therm-O-Flex» Pink's denture liquid (ethyl methacrylate) and your currently used hard denture heat cured liquid — they are not compatible. Following this procedure will avoid cross contamination and polymerization problems.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS FOR FINISHED THERM-O-FLEX® PINK APPLIANCES

Avoid all commercial cleaners as they will drastically shorten the life of the appliance.

Only use over-the-counter toothpaste and brush for cleaning your appliance.
