Q. How is shipping and delivery calculated?

Calculating Costs – Shipping costs for orders from Advanced Dental Products depends upon the method and options your choose. Please note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are based on weight, dimension and zip code.

Delivery time – All orders placed before 12 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will be Shipped the same day. Delivery times vary based upon method of shipment and destination. Please note extended areas require additional delivery time (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc.) When you place an order with Advanced Dental Products, we estimate the shipping and delivery dates for your order based on the availability of items and the method of shipment you choose.

Shipping options – All orders are shipped via UPS. You may choose the service you require from the following options.

Ground – 1 – 5 working days
Second Day – 2  working days
Overnight – 1 working day

To insure next day delivery, place your order before 1 p.m. Pacific standard time.
