Techniques

1. Before insertion, soften appliance in warm water until it regains its flexibility.
2. It is not necessary to store appliance in warm water when used daily. However, store the appliance in water if not used for extended period of time.
3. Clean appliance daily with a medium-soft tooth brush and non-abrasive tooth paste.
